Top tips for looking after your wellbeing:
- Be active - get out in the fresh air
- It's good to talk - talk to your friends and family
- Nutrition is important - eat healthy foods
- Write down your thoughts and feelings
- Escape - in a good book (reading for only 6 minutes reduces stress levels by 68%)
- Rest - don't feel guilty about doing nothing!
