At BG6, we are committed to ensuring that all students in our sixth form fulfil their potential and research shows that good attendance impact success in learning, achieves excellent results and gives them a better chance in the future. 

Students' school attendance is extremely important and below you will find information on our sixth form absence procedure:

• Students should contact the main school absence line: 01924 350094 if they are unable to attend and follow the prompts to report a student absence.
• Alternatively, you can email attendance@batleygirls.co.uk

• To support us in our procedures we would appreciate it if these calls could be made before 7:30am on the first day of absence, where possible. Students should leave their Full name, Tutor Group and reason for their absence. 
• The students also need to then email their Form Tutor and subject teachers to make them aware of the absence so that communication can be made regarding missed work. We would appreciate it if the BG6 Team could also be copied into this correspondence using: hello@bg6college.co.uk
